CLIENT'S REQUIREMENTS

There are three (3) basic documents required to establish business relationship with 21st Century Manpower Resources, Inc.:

SPECIAL POWER-OF-ATTORNEY

This document is required by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administratior (POEA), an agency of the Department of Labor (DOLE), to legalize the recruitment process of Filipino professionals and workers by the Principal, constituting the 21st Century Manpower Resources, Inc. as its legal representative in the Philippines. This document empowers the 21st Century Manpower Resources, Inc. to act for and in hehalf of the Principal. This document is signed hy the authorized signatory of the Principal and authenticated by the Philippine Labor Consul or Attachè in the country of the principal or the sponsoring country.

AGENCY AGREEMENT

This document defines the terms and conditions of the business relationship, the responsibilities of the parties, and the monetary consideration involved in the business relationship.

J0B ORDER

This document contains the specifications of the employer:

  1. Name
  2. Business address
  3. Telephone, telex and fax numbers
  4. Number of professional workers needed, the salary and other fringe benefits and job specification for each
